How do I book a package online?
To book a package online, start from the home page and click the "Packages" tab from the left top search area. Fill in the options with yellow background. The white blanks are optional.

How do I change or cancel my package reservations?
  • Click on the "My Trip" tab on the right top of our home page. Log in and access to "My hotels" and see your reservation list. To change your reservation, click the "Modify" button and follow the directions to select and reserve a new package. To completely cancel your reservation, click the "Cancel" button.
  • Any cancellation or change of the package reservation must be made before deadline. After the deadline you cannot change or cancel your reservation online. Please contact us by phone at 86-21-34064888 or 400-820-6666 (in China). Any cancellation or change may be subject to any applicable penalties if your cancellation or change request is made after the deadline.
