Ctrip Terms and Conditions for Domestic Flight Reservations
1. Flight:
All flights matching your search criteria are listed. You will hear from Ctrip if there are any scheduling changes or other issues concerning your reservation.
2. Price:
Prices are updated periodically, so the price listed online may not be current at the time of booking. If there is any difference in price or flight schedule, Ctrip will notify you immediately once your reservation has been made. No discounts available for business class and first class.
3. Name and identification
All passengers are required to present valid personal identification upon request. If a name appears in two or more languages, please fill out the booking form in English. If you fail to board a flight because the name on your personal ID or passport is different from the name in your reservation, Ctrip cannot be held responsible for any additional costs. Your name and address must appear exactly as they do on your valid personal ID or passport in order to reserve domestic flights.
4. Contact information:
Please make sure your contact information is correct. Ctrip will cancel your reservation if unable to reach the contact person listed on the reservation form.
5. Double bookings:
If your book two or more flights on the same date to the same destination this is a double booking. If you double book, you may be held responsible for any costs incurred.
Reservation Confirmation and Issuing Tickets
1. Reservations, ticketing, and same-day delivery:
Once a ticket reservation has been successfully completed, confirmation will be sent to the customer via the means specified by the customer and the ticket will be delivered within a designated timeframe. In the case of an unsuccessful reservation, Ctrip will call the designated contact person as soon as possible. if you are the designated contact person, please keep your line open until your reservation has been successfully completed.
2. The Ctrip credit card guarantee:
Airlines are entitled to cancel all reserved seats not ticketed. You may guarantee reserved seats with a credit card and Ctrip will issue tickets in advance and deliver at your convenience. If you need to cancel a reservation after ticketing, Ctrip will deduct all cancellation fees from your credit card.
3. Failure to reach contact person:
If Ctrip is unable to contact a customer via the designated contact person due to unanswered calls, a busy line, lack of mobile coverage, incorrect contact information or any other problem, Ctrip cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred if the reservation cannot be confirmed, ticketed or canceled because of an inability to reach the contact person.
4. Service agents:
Ticketing and delivery are provided by certified and qualified local ticketing offices. If you would like details regarding ticketing offices, please call Ctrip customer service at 86-21-34064888-6 or 400-820-6666 (within Mainland China).
Hours of Operation
1. Order processing hours:
07:00-23:00 (Beijing time). If an order is submitted after a ticket-processing cutoff, tickets will be issued the next day.
2. Ticket delivery time:
09:00-21:00 (Beijing time; delivery time varies in different cities). If an order is submitted after the ticket-processing cutoff, tickets will be issued and delivered the next day after 11:00 am.
Ticket Delivery Locations
1. Ctrip offers complimentary international ticket delivery to downtown locations in the cities listed below. Delivery to the suburbs of these cities will incur a delivery fee varying from CNY 10 to 50 ($1.3-6.6) . Ticket delivery may not be available in outlying suburban areas.
2. Note:
when providing the delivery location, an asterisk (*) after the name of the administrative area or district indicates a delivery fee. The figure after the name of the administrative area indicates the fee amount (measured in increments of CNY 10 ($1.3) ). A "NO" appearing after the name of the administrative area indicates delivery is not available in this area. Online information regarding delivery costs is an estimate. The reservation agent will confirm the actual cost.
